Pizza!

Just “baked” a pepperoni pizza in my barrel cooker. Didn’t know what to expect but I am very pleased with the results! Started with Naan bread, added Newman’s Sockarooni sauce, sliced pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

280 deg F for about 30 min... cheese was bubbling and the crust was crunchy.

An old roommate dated a gal named <Jane> Petruzelli. For some reason, her nickname morphed into "Pizza" with us three roomies. So whenever she called, we'd see it on the ID and yell, "It's PIZZA!"
