Pizza!
Just “baked” a pepperoni pizza in my barrel cooker. Didn’t know what to expect but I am very pleased with the results! Started with Naan bread, added Newman’s Sockarooni sauce, sliced pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
280 deg F for about 30 min... cheese was bubbling and the crust was crunchy. Sorry for the rotated pics, not sure why that happened! |

An old roommate dated a gal named <Jane> Petruzelli. For some reason, her nickname morphed into "Pizza" with us three roomies. So whenever she called, we'd see it on the ID and yell, "It's PIZZA!" So, your subject tag took me back bro. Thanks!
