Pulled pork
We did pulled pork 2 weekends ago for Easter...I apologize for the late post..
My lovely wife and me.... my sisters inlaw giving me a little good luck kiss... So we did some pulled pork and got some picninc shoulder on sale. Prepping the shoulder. Some action shots before wrapping the pork at 165.. After 13 hours and rested for 2 hours we are ready to pull the pork. plated pic with my potato salad and chili beans Thanks for looking.
