Hello all and happy Memorial Day weekend. I’m AD. I live in AZ and I’m getting back into BBQ after a 15+ year hiatus. I used to have a stick burner and would Q from time to time, but I just never really had the time to tend the fire all day... hence the hiatus. Anyhow, I just ordered a MAK 1 Star with all the bells and whistles and I’m looking forward to getting back into BBQ. I’m hoping the MAK can assist me with tending the fire all day/night while I do other things.
