Sunday Night Quickie
Found this tri-tip at the local store. Apparently a bunch of tri-tips were marinated for a breast cancer awareness feed and the cook called in sick. The marinade....not sure. Studded with garlic,used a doctored up free rub. Took it off at 130 degrees, baked spuds and sautéed veggies. Quick and easy.

By the Title of your post, I was wondering what i was in for when I opened it.
 My thought of a Sunday Night Quickie had nothing to do with Tri-Tip. Looking Good!
