First Brisket on WSM
My first brisket that I ever smoked, it turned out great. Rub was paprika, brown sugar and Rudy's rub. Cook time was 12 hrs. after the bisket reached 160 deg I wrapped it in foil put it back on till it reached 195 deg.
I got the smoker up to 300 deg and put on bacon wrapped shrimp for 20 min basted with a chipotle bbq sauce for 10 min more. The Bear game was not so good but the food more than made up for the loss. [/IMG] [/IMG]
