My try to 'Probe tender TD'
Shagdog decided for
"Long story short - Cook some meat without gadgets. " I thought it could be interesting afforting brisket or boston butt without my super/iper tecnological supports. But, looking myself at the mirrow, I thought who the hell am I !!!! I can barely cook something edible WITH all my gadgets 😩😩😩😩😩😩. So I moved towards something easyer. No words are necessary. I just let pic speak for its deliciousness. Working day was 2015-02-19. This was the reason why I thawed a Dario Cecchini's fiorentina steak round 3#. IMG_6214 di BBQness, su Flickr Rubbed and salted and let it rest in fridge IMG_6215 di BBQness, su Flickr Aerial vision IMG_6223 di BBQness, su Flickr Heating grill grates IMG_6231 di BBQness, su Flickr Not usual quantity of lit coals because I was a little warried. After 5 min first side it was like this IMG_6239 di BBQness, su Flickr More 5 min other side, then more 3 min x side. Totally 16 min. IMG_6241 di BBQness, su Flickr Plated and rested for some minutes. IMG_6249 di BBQness, su Flickr Sliced and served. It was great in tenderness, it was moist and Tatonka Dust worked greatly. Every body enjoyed it. IMG_6255 di BBQness, su Flickr IMG_6257 di BBQness, su Flickr IMG_6271 di BBQness, su Flickr Please, use the following pic as official TD pic. Now that is a good looking fiorentina! What do you supposed one of those would run you if you ordered at a restaurant? 50 euro? Nicely done.
