Prepped the garlic. Peeled the paper, chopped the point—-in the living room. Think ticker tape parade. Garlic paper flying. Bride didn’t think that was cool. Who knew??

Placed the garlic in a big zip lock and added evoo. Into the coldest part of beer fridge overnight. Will smoke tomorrow.

Funny how the ladies frown upon certain choices we make

On that note I'm going to have to try out the smoked garlic! Sounds great. Love Love Love garlic on everything. Hopefully they don't come out with one of those crazy studies saying its bad for us cause I'd be screwed!

She doesn’t say a whole lot, preferring “the look” to do her opinions. However, I think I saw an ear twitching indicating the switch was about to flip. Maybe it was just lines and shadows being cast by the low watt lamp.
