Does anyone know what Tim uses in his rib wrap? I have heard rumors of Sun Drop soda? PM me if you want.

Sorry, please disregard post. I don’t want to ruffle any feathers. I thought this was more common knowledge than it is.. kinda like Johnny trigg recipe that you can find on the net. Anyway, sun drop is an interesting liquid in the rib wrap if true. Maybe I can get out to a class one day. Tim and Brad tear it up out on the trail!

I'm sorry, but a single ingredient, be it beer or soda, or Bengal tiger urine is not ground breaking. Let the feathers be ruffled if they so wish.

I don't keep any thing I come up with a secret. I'll just come up with more cool stuff later.

I dont think you are ruffling feathers. Anybody who responds should only be taken seriously as far as you can see them. If Tim is on here maybe he will help you out? IMnotalwaysHO, you should experiment with it and see how it goes. PLEASE report to us how you like it!

I have taken the class. Sundrop is involved, but that isn't the secret. It's a great class and you will learn a ton. Great dudes and very open to answering all your questions.

I think Sun Drop Soda just got a sudden boost in sales. Be honest, who's going to try it this weekend?

Thanks, maybe Tim will see me on here and shoot me a PM. I would love to take his class, its just not feasible right now. I did buy a Gateway from him though, and boy do i use a lot of Blues Hog Sauce... LOL I have conversed with Brad from Gettin Basted before on Facebook messenger with questions about my Gateway. He is a really nice guy. They actually have a rib recipe on the Gateway site that is pretty solid. It uses Blues Hog sauce and butter in the wrap.
