Default Cookin a cute little butt with chicken wings - WSM!

Hey folks.. hows it goin? I know I haven't been doing posts but I've also haven't been cooking much Q lately.. I ordered a new top grate for the WSM a few weeks ago.. Just remembered last night while i was at the store and made a rush for the meat department.

Got a 6.33lb pork butt going now. Using the Weber KC BBQ Rub.. from walmart.. I really enjoy the 16oz bottle of Weber Rubs.. I haven't tried the KC BBQ RUB yet but from the bottle it has a little kick to it.. I'm sure it will be delicious once it cooks.

That's a great mental picture.

I found a picture of Chrsitie Tiegen with a plate of wings on her butt by the pool, but this is a family oriented forum, so....
