I love making them as well. Just found a market by me that has the jimmy dean sage and hot. Can't wait to try them.

Gonna make a stuffed bacon wrapped beef log today instead of meatloaf stuffed with Cheese, Chopped pork belly, Jalapeno and onions

So many ways to fill them. Whatever you like inside and whatever kind of sausage you like outside. I sometimes make one with hamburger filled with cheese, put it on a slider roll with fixins to have for lunch while waiting on a longer cook.
