Babbling Farker
Finally got to fire up the new grill. It's going to be a little bit of a learning curve. Fired it up and pre-heated. 650* in 10 minutes.
Need to learn temp control over the next few cooks. After pre-heating and throwing a NY Strip on, I got lots of flare-ups. Turned the temp down and kept it moving.
7 or 8 minutes total. Hit med rare. Pics look a bit more done than it was.
All in all, I'm pretty happy with I the new grill. Learning curve is always fun. Here's a plate shot.
