oh yeah, not too tired. I slept ok last night and I am ok today
Maybe tomorrow i will be a mess but today i am ok

i judged up there there were some bad but good looking stuff that came in our table

some one turned in the full fat cap on the brisket i had an pile the size of an softball and had to dig threw the fat to find the meat

over all was good food i gave an 988 on brisket and 989 on chicken

there was good turn out

If you look at how many contests Bill cooks in a year and then look at his results... HE'S A DAMN GOOD COOK!!!!! Two GC's last year, and I don't know of more than a half dozen or so contests he did.
