Pron from first UDG cook
Well the UDG did great. Gotta work out the little logistical items like a place for the platter when pulling the steaks off the grill etc. but that will come with some time.
Used hickory pellets in the Sam's Smoker Pro for a bit of hickory flavor. Pretty cool I think.
