Default PBC turkey & ribs for my doggies

ok, well my wife saw smokes turkey off the PBC and loved it. she said i had to make one just like that. fine.
turkey wired up w/ instant gourmet (muebe said it was good. he's a good cook so i took his word for it).

rubbed the doggies beef rub w/ mad hunky.

everyone in the pool.

smokey, smokey.

ribs done. oh my. look how nice those look.

perfect color.

it was so juicy and tender. the instant gourmet is fantastic on turkey and my ribs. yummy.

Turkey looks great, but given the chance, I'd be eatin' with the dogs. Those ribs look stellar!

That all looks fantastic. That pit barrel is becoming more and more tempting after seeing all your posts with it. It looks like the holes for the rods also act as the exhaust too?

Yup, Noah (the owner of the company) sets the intake for your elevation (based on your
zip code -- it's still adjustable), and the exhaust is around the rods.
