Default Got stew things going this week....

Hello my BBQ and grilling friends....

First I started another bacon this Monday. It's a small batch this time. 3 pounds.

Then on Monday afternoon I got the mini wsm going. Used RO for the fire.

Got a corned beef going and used pecan wood for flavor. Seasoned with webers Chicago steak

I also had a potato packet with onions and jalapeño

Here it is plated.

Today I picked up the weber fireplace

Got home and Started on dinner

Got a variety pork pack from the store. It was on sale. Seasoned with webers steak and chop with a little garlic salt.

Grilled them on the smokey joe.

Plated and topped with onions that were marinaded in lemon and habanero death dust.

Here are a few Instagram videos. 15 second clips of the cooks
