Depends what condition it is in. You can get a 300 at Cash N' Carry or Restaurant Depot for $169-189 brand new.
I've seen some used ones in decent shape snapped up for $125 and ones in bad shape for $100! In bad shape I mean missing or broken hinges or latches, distorted interior walls or doors, cracked housing or missing gaskets and vents. This goes for Carlisle's too.
At least check it out and bring a full size pan with you to see if it slides in and out easily. At least you have some info to haggle with.
Every once in awhile School Districts or Commissaries unload Cambro hot boxes or beverage servers, and some of them are heavily used and abused so buyer beware.
