Yea sorry. Its ove now not real informational. The show after that is Hungry Deective. The first place he went to was a place that steamed their ribs and then put them on a grill.

Steamed ribs are the best!! Or is it boiled?? I can never remember.

He seems to be a really nice guy Neil.

First time I ever saw him on tv was with Alton Brown on Feasting on Ashpalt.
