Hey everyone, just joined and wanted to say HELLO,
I Bought a char grill with side fire box last year and have been cooking and learning ever since, So far I have cooked a couple turkeys, chickens, several batches of ribs, along with all the steaks and burgers. Last sunday I attempted my first pork roasts, The Family loved them!! I have tasted better but they were good for a first try.
Anyway I am looking forward to Learning from everyone and sharing in the BBQ love.:thumb:

Yea that's pretty close, the boundary for Woods Cross is the other side of the street I live on.:-D
