Default Stuffed Chicken Wings and Breasts

tried this today. I must say a few thing. Deboning wings is a ROYAL PITA. Now that that's over. After freeing the bones from the wings.....I used this for a stuffing.

(1) pound of cooked mild Italian Sausage drained
(1) red bell pepper finally chopped
(1) cup mix of sharp cheddar and Monterrey jack cheese
(1) small can of chopped black olives.

Mix it all together and fridge until ready to stuff.

After stuffing. I poured some Zesty Italian dressing over everything to let if marinade on the fridge. Use whatever you like............

Here is everything in the marinade

First grill shot

Final grill shot

Plated with some ranch dressing for the wings. Stuffed, these babies were the size of Giant prawns and went down wonderful. The stuffed breast, got dry, need to work on this. But the wings............Oh My

Fine work Bluesman. They look great!

I've deboned leg quarters before and it took a little time to do.
