Hi from Utah. I am new to the smoking world. I just built my first UDS and fired it up last sunday cooking some ribs. It is amazing how this catches on and how many are hooked on BBQ once you start talking to them.

I can't wait to learn more and fire the UDS up again. The ribs ended up over done but still tasted good. Thanks for all the help!
