I havnt seen any of BigHats in person but several on here have and say they are qaulity. BigHatBBQ is on here too......which one you liking - the Marfa? The BH2048SG? I wouldn't mind having a MeatLocker myself.......

Big Hat makes nice cookers. Beau is a member here. I have linked his profile below. You can also contact him at the number on their website. I've spoken to him, and he is a really nice, knowledgeable guy. I do not own one of his cookers, but have seen them up close and personal and would have no problem owning one. I really like the octagon style main cooking chamber he uses and have something similar on my offset (though mine is half octagon and half rectangle).
