Sweet Seduction Stuffed Burgers - Simply Marvelous!
The produce:
The stuffing: sweet white onions caramelized with a heavy helping of Simply Marvelous Sweet Seduction. If you haven't had the opportunity to try this rub yet, you don't know what you're missing. Honey powder and dehydrated peaches combine to produce a unique and delicious flavor. The onions go in the middle: Make sure the edges are sealed tight (a ravioli trick): and reshape the burgers: Grill the peaches, dice and assemble the salsa and put in the fridge to chill. The salsa also got a dose of the Sweet Seduction. A simple tomato salad with onions, some pearl sized mozzarella, basil and olive oil, salt and pepper" Burgers on the grill: To keep with the Sweet Seduction theme, I added some Sweets and Beets chips. As a counter point to all that sweetness, some deliciously bitter Guiness Stout. Here's how everything turned out. Enjoy!

I'm a burger hater but I'd take a bite of that. And that's really, really, really saying something about your cooking/grilling skills, and/or photography skills. :D
Just curious, why did you pick yellow peaches vs. white? Price or avaliability thing? I think white peaches have great sweetness and color, just asking. |
