Default I'm Hooked!

Well I bought a Traeger Little Tex, I have gone through the motions of do I really want this. Well I do, I already own a big Klouse stick burner, A Dsi built in Gasser, A six burner Big Weber, and now the Traeger, It started when I bought a little Bradley smoker, the kind with the disks, paid a lot used twice and gave away, I hated that thing, it worked as it was supposed to but the food quality was terrible, that led me to the Traeger pellet burner, light smoke flavor with no hassle and no over cooking. This thing is so easy I put some seasoned chicken on it and set and forget, I had to have a talk with mt Klouse smoker and tell her I was not going to get rid of her.

I think you will need a bigger one too after checking there site out.The smallest pit they have would be 3 times the size of a little tex.

Traegers are great. Need some minor mods, but are great. Next thing you'll want is an FEC.
