Thumbs up BBQ Sauce

WOW I made some Black Jack BBQ sauce for last weekends cook and that stuff is awesome been putting it on everything.

So you dont have to go search for it here it is cant remember who to give the credit to but many thanks for posting it.

Black Jack BBQ Sauce:
2 cups chopped sweet onion, 2 cups strong coffee, 1 cup catsup,
1 cup worcestershire, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup cider vinegar,
1/4 cup Texas Pete, 3 Tbls. chili powder, 6 cloves garlic minced,
2 tsp. salt
Combine in sauce pan, bring to simmer, simmer 1/2 hour....

Except Tobasco. You want a cayenne based hot sauce, not tobasco. Tobasco has a completely different flavor. Texas Pete's, Louisiana hot sauce, Franks and so on is what you are after.

I'm not a real sauce person, like sauce on the side for dippin'. That sounds like it would be good for dippin'. I may have to give it a try.
