BBQ Sauce
WOW I made some Black Jack BBQ sauce for last weekends cook and that stuff is awesome been putting it on everything.
So you dont have to go search for it here it is cant remember who to give the credit to but many thanks for posting it. Black Jack BBQ Sauce: 2 cups chopped sweet onion, 2 cups strong coffee, 1 cup catsup, 1 cup worcestershire, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup Texas Pete, 3 Tbls. chili powder, 6 cloves garlic minced, 2 tsp. salt Combine in sauce pan, bring to simmer, simmer 1/2 hour....

It's a brand of hot sauce. If you can't get it there are many other brands you can substitute.

I'm not a real sauce person, like sauce on the side for dippin'. That sounds like it would be good for dippin'. I may have to give it a try.
