Hi All,
Joined up to the Brethren a few weeks ago but shamefully only just getting my Cattle Call out there. Hello to you all from London, UK.
Long been fascinated with outdoor grilling (lumpwood charcoal on a Weber portable) and after a trip to the US last year have been awoken to the magical powers of low&slow cookin'. Bought myself a LBGE a few months ago and been trying out some classic recipes as well as some more 'interesting' experiments. Loving the science of BBQ as much as the mystery!
Hope it's not true that 'nobody trusts a skinny chef', but I can assure you I have a big guy's appetite. In fact, I'm thinking about a pilgrimage to the US this summer to see the real deal. Looking forward to hearing from you and becoming part of the Brethren,
