Default Beer-Brat, Egg, Cheese, Beans = BREAKFAST Fatty w/Pr0n

No pics but uncased 5 beer brats (1lb) and then rolled it in 1G Ziploc



Loaded with 4 Scrambled Eggs, Beans, and 4 Cheese blend. Time to roll
Didn't have any bacon so went without..



Ready to start with AMNPS with Pit Master Dust lit on both ends.

All Done 3 hours later

Not a transplant, BUT I did live in Wisconsin and parts of the UP for 2 years, so some may have rubbed off in that time :)

Smoked for 2.5 hours @ about 220-240
Then kicked up to high for the last 30 mins @ 450-470 to get the outside crispy and golden brown to help firm it up. (The pics make it look MUCH darker than it really is. It's actually a nice golden brown)
