That's what I was thinking.:icon_blush:

Personally I think you need to decide what you are going to do and how you want to do it. Are you going to cook whole hogs if so then you need a pit that can do that. Do you want something that can run uncheck for longer periods of time? And on and on.Think about all the detail you want and then you can whittle down the builder/companies out there.

Spice's 'Team Q' cooker is a good example of one with room for LOTS of stuff... Jay probably has some good pics of all the tent storage, and the nice closet in the nose...Jay? It is a georgous unit.

This one had room for a kegerator under the stainless counter in front - CO2 mounts in one of the cabinets..... Propane starter, etc. all on board also.

I like the rotisserie cookers myself. Jim's list has them all.... so just look through all those web pages and drool away!

Dave Klose can, and will build you anything you can afford. I suspect Spicewine can do the same thing, and he does beautiful work that you can appreciate even more when you see it up close. Hard to go wrong with either of those choices.

I think all of you guys are crazy! Everybody knows he just needs a TRASH CAN!!!!! and if he has that much money, I would be happy to hook a brother up...
