Brothers, do those Klose grills really weigh that much? I have never seen one in person so I am just wondering. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

1/4" steel weighs 10.25# per square ft. Adds up pretty quick. My little 16"dx30"l pit weighs like 250#, those bigger pits are Heavy duty, and heavy on the heavy!

my BYC is 1100 or 1300 lbs.. either one is hard to lift, especially when it falls over.

That pit is about 300 to 350 pounds, owned one way back when. New with shipping was about $750

600 pounds...sounds like a baby pit.

Phil yours is 1100, because my shipping documents said 1200. 1 foot longer mod.
