never tried the charcoal but we love the sauce...how do you like your chargriller smoker? we bought one last year as our first smoker and love it...I have trouble keeping the temp steady but that's probably just the operator...

Love my Chargriller ,I do mostly grilling or indirect cooking ,not to much smoking. For longer cooks I just need to check temps about once an hour.

I LOVE it! I keep checking bLowes every other day to see if its in stock yet ( the price and codes are there, but an empty void where the pallet should be)

I had been buying it in 9lb bags at the grocers, but they stopped carrying it, and I have a stash of 6 bags.
