Cooked tomatoes, onions, carrots, and pork scraps on the kettle today for some smoke. They will go into sauce.

I'm smoking 8lbs of bologna. I've been craving smoked bologna and egg sandwiches. I'm going to slice some for the freezer too.

Thinking doing a brisket tomorrow but can't drink alcohol due to antibiotics. Not sure when I last cooked one without a beer or two.

Putting a brisket on early... likely a fattie for fun and frivolity with some eggs for breakfast. Then it’s Hawkeye Homecoming against the Terps at 11 on The Deuce. Let’s Go Hawks!

I believe I've got a freezer dive pork butt cook to come on Sunday.

Grilled up an unexpected mean "family chuck steak" (with nice marbling), seasoned with Q-Salt, for salad served with steak and chimichurri! (Apologies for the lack of Pr0n... I had no idea this was coming).

TBS and fair weather to you all.

Easy....
My duck is defrosted, so it's going to be cooked.
Still haven't got a clue if I am going to smoke it, put it on the rotisserie or divide in pieces and grill.
One thing is for sure: I will be having potatoes fried in duck fat :)
