Food & Cook Pics From the SoCal Bash
Thought I would share some food and cooker pics from yesterday's bash, which was wildly successful, not to mention a heapload of fun!
ABT's by Matt(enkidu) ready to go in the smoker: USDA Prime Tri-Tip all seasoned up, courtesy of John (SoCal WJS) Here's the cooker lineup, including the firepit we cooked roadside chicken on: Another angle: Getting the mini Santa Maria ready: WSM Ribs, courtesy of Lionel(lcbateman): Firepit about ready: Neil (BigMista) checking on his brisket: Closeup: Roadside chicken just starting: Greg's (gtr) Kielbasa on the PBC: Tri-Tips getting close: ABT's just pulled from the smoker: Greg's fatties: Every last bit of food was fantastic! You can check out more pics, especially the non-food pics HERE.
