chuck burnt ends and ribs

Great looking cook! Light sauce on the burnt ends?

Which of your cookers did you use?
 
Ribs and ends look great! How were the chuck ends compared to their brisket counterpart?

I did use a light sauce. I didn't want any sauce on the burnt ends because I don't like sauce on beef but my friends thought they were to peppery so I tried to sweeten them up. They weren't bad with the sauce.

I never had burnt ends from a brisket. I always like the point sliced for sandwiches but I will try for my next cook.

They were good but not as tender as I was hoping and my friends didn't care for the rub. Well maybe not so much the rub, maybe I put to much on each cube. I loved the pepper flavor but some people don't like a strong pepper flavor.
