Apple stuffed pork loin and Garlic Salmon
Dehydrated some red delicious apples
Mixed the apples with some honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Cut a hole in the loin and stuff the apples in there. Seasoned the outside with salt and pepper. On the grill with apple wood chunks. It hit 150 and I laid some apple jelly glaze with the same spices on it and finished it off at 165. I don't eat fish but made it for the wife. Salt and pepper with garlic and cooked on a cedar plank. She said it was awesome.
