Well, after few days of turkey, looking for some red meat to make sandwiches this weekend. Smoked up a top round roast


On smoker ready to go, cooking over beef boulion base and seasoning.

Wrapped up and ready for bed. Will slice in morning on my cheap slicer and heat up the jus



First cook on the fornetto. I've been mainly cooking on my weber 26, so going to 18 inch smoker was adjustment.


I'll try to update when sliced and sammies made.

I just have a cheap $100 slicer (well I think it 130 but still). Makes huge difference and cold meat sandwiches for lunch will be that much better

Wife gave it positive reviews, and she sticks to poultry for Sammie's
