BBQ Bacon
is One Chatty Farker
Over the Christmas break, we decided to have a Mac n' Cheese cook off. I chose Mac n' Cheese Wellington.
Started by making a very cheesy mac n cheese recipe and put into a loaf pan and put into the fridge. Then I got some bacon cooking and then it was time for assembly.
Get the pastry dough out.
Lay out the bacon.
Cut half the mac n cheese and lay over the bacon.
Roll up and give it an egg wash.
Bake until pastry is done.

The other 2 contenders were a tomato based bake and an incredible cheesy mac n cheese that was the ultimate winner.
