Default Ribs and Beans.... PRON

Smoked some Ribs and made some of my competition slow Smoked BBQ Beans. Everything was smoked over some apple wood and a little hickory. The sauce is one we have been playing with and is a sticky Memphis style sauce.

Thanks for looking

Very nice!
Do the beans have some sweetness to it or is it more salty?
They look very good!
