Those noodles are good, and versatile.
We are blessed with multiple Asian markets and super markets in the Western Chicago Suburbs, which is a good thing as we are a half Asian household.
Anyway, if anyone is looking for these noodles locally, the translations will a good number of times mention "glass" noodles, or "glass" vermicelli
