Hi Guys,

Cooked up some "taco stuff" last night on the Blackstone:

Hi,

Here is what I use:
3 Lbs of skirt steak (or flank steak)
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 limes juiced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt (most times I leave this out)
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cumin


If your using skirt steak a 3 to 4 hour marinade works great.
