Default I've been kinda busy ...

... this week doing some cooking on the Treager (still trying to figure it out ). First off were a couple of loins, one stuffed with Keilbasa (sp?), both rubbed with BBS's Sweet & Spicey. That was followed by four 16 pound injected Cook's hams that were trimmed down & rubbed with Yardbird, five racks of back ribs and two turkeys, also hit with Yardbird. Last was 4 dozen ABTs and about 50 puppy peters.
One bird, one ham and both loins went to a veteran's halfway house, the rest will be parts of two family dinners - one here in Iowa, the other at our daughter's place in Missouri.
Now if I can get out of my driveway in the morning .....

Mighty fine looking. A fantastic thing you're doing bringing some of that over to the vets too. My favorite is the ABTs though.

Looks very good Dave. Doesn't look like the rain the past couple of days slowed you down. Safe travels southbound.
