My fatty is wide and thick! (pron)
This was my first attempt at a fatty. My wife made a Hawaiian style with ham and pineapple. I made one with roasted bell peppers, onion and cheese. Next time I will add a lot more filling and use less bacon. Don't get me wrong I love the bacon but I do not want to have a heart attack in a few months. They both tasted fantastic!
I cooked them on my UDS at about 230° until it reached 165°.

Looks awesome! I think I made one very similar to yours...
http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...18&postcount=1 They look great! I have learned not to eat them but to give them to neighbors and friends. You get lots of postive feedback, they owe you and your cholesterol stays down..... Nice job

The fat 'Fatty' is similar to what I do.
I use peppers, onions and cheese on my Breakfast 'Fatty'. I also like a Spinach, Jalapeno and Cheese 'Fatty'. |
