Default Cheesburger Pie

I decided to make my Cheeseburger Pie for this week's throwdown, "One Dish Wonders."

This is a pretty easy dish to make. All you need is some ground beef, shredded cheese, 2 eggs, bisquick mix, salt, and milk.

I cook up 1# worth of burgers on the grill and then chopped them up and threw them into a small casserole dish and added half of the shredded cheese.

In a separate container, I mixed up up the bisquick mix, eggs, and milk.

After that is mixed well, dump that into the casserole dish that has the chopped up burger, add the remaining cheese, and add a dash of salt.

Cover the dish and place on the preheated grill, put the lid on, and set back and wait.

After about 25 minutes, check for the middle of the mixture with a toothpick to see if done. If it comes out dry, it is ready.

Slice like a pie and grab yours why you can because it usually goes quick!

Yes, I looked upon that in horror, hoping it would go unnoticed before I edited, but alas...

Healthy? On a BBQ site that adores everything bacon?

Seriously though, I don't think it is that bad. Cheese, milk, eggs, burger, and bisquick shouldn't be that bad.....
