A little fatty pr0n
The main event has been on for several hours but still has a long long way to go. Here it is rubbed and ready. Anyone who loads up their smoker and doesn't put a fatty or two on or perhaps some brats, Polish or Italian sausage is missing one of the best things about smoking. While those butts or briskets or whatever are still cruising along, you could be enjoying a fatty sandwich.

and now the butts
Many long years ago I worked nights at a hospital. One of the guys got me started on sausage sandwiches with mayonnaise. They were links and already pretty greasy, but working through the night, they were pretty good. I developed a taste for sausage sandwiches with mayo that I have not shaken.
The two smaller butts on the top rack just came off to rest, BTW. The other two need more time.
