Hello from South Florida. Thanks for a great forum to share infomation about BBQ. I have already gathered alot of information from this site and hope to be able to give back in the future. Welcome greenpigbbq. Finally, someone else from WPB, yippee. Where in WPB are you? I believe there is a contest this weekend at a park in Deerfield, I don't have the info with me and it is KCBS sanctioned. I will be headed there on Saturday early evenning.
