Tried these without trimming, I will trim in the future. Had to pull a little soon. Tasted good but needed a little more time for tenderness.

3 hours smoke, 2 hours foil and just a little over an hour back on the grate. I always use AJ but forgot this time and that may have caused them not to steam properly.

JH Pecan on 2 and JH Maple (toothpick) on 1. I dumped over 3/4 of a large bottle over the 3. Maybe I am not using enough, it don't look like it. I think the Maple really sets them off but I like sweet.

You can also tell the EGG is hotter in the back. I am still learning the EGG.
