Weekend Cook pRoN..Shrimp, fatty, wings etc.

Fired up the drum and kettle this weekend for some eats. Smoked a fatty stuffed with bacon and chesse. MOINKS and bacon wrapped water chestnuts. Also did a test run with some wings. Smoked, glazed w/ high heat and the deep fried! (worked great!) Then grilled some shrimp basted with garlic butter. Then tried something I thought of with some boneless skinless chicken breast. Cut in half and coated w/ shake n' bake and cook direct. Then glazed with some Spicewine Sweet Heat. Really juicy and tasty. Fun finger food cook!

Been using Spicewine for awhile and all I can say is "That's good stuff!"

Snow? None for awhile. But calling for some this week. It has been cold though.

Standard issue Jimmy Deans, heavy hen and hog dust, fried bacon and onions, chedder chesse and wrapped with bacon! Haven't even cut into it yet. Just let it cool and tossed in the frezzer!
