Fired up the drum and kettle this weekend for some eats. Smoked a fatty stuffed with bacon and chesse. MOINKS and bacon wrapped water chestnuts. Also did a test run with some wings. Smoked, glazed w/ high heat and the deep fried! (worked great!) Then grilled some shrimp basted with garlic butter. Then tried something I thought of with some boneless skinless chicken breast. Cut in half and coated w/ shake n' bake and cook direct. Then glazed with some Spicewine Sweet Heat. Really juicy and tasty. Fun finger food cook!
Oh and the pron..
Been using Spicewine for awhile and all I can say is "That's good stuff!"

First try at smoked and fried wings. This is the only way from now on!
Chicken on a stick. Fun to make and everyone thought they were tasty.
