Default Lunch for the boys

So we are working around the shop today and i decided to make lunch for the boys.

Ran down to Costco and grabbed a few ribs. Clean them up and sprinkled some spicy apple and sweet money on them. Into the 120 and ran for 4.3 hrs @ 250 used Pecan. The Guys ate good today !!!

Love the color on those. Gotta think the crew really appreciated it, that kind of thing goes a long way.

Tab Benoit- Must listen to this artist. A cross between southern blues,Stevie Ray, and Louisiana cajun. Great listening while having a brew and tending the stick burner.
