My first competition, Greenwood, SC!! w/ pics

This last weekend I had the chance to cook in my 1st cookoff down in Greenwood, SC!!! I must say I had a BALL!!!!! The people were really nice and it was a nice layout.. Couldn't have picked a better contest to cook at my 1st time out. We cooked in the backyard division and the good lord must have been smiling down on us! We won 1st in ribs, 1st in chicken, 5th in pork, and won the overall champion for the backyard division. It was a blast staying up all night tending to the cookers and chatting w/ our neighbor, Doc' from Crawdad Creek BBQ!!! I posted a couple of pics from the comp!!
