Another attempt at some Pron.
I think the pics are better this time. Also, I wont lump my whole post into one long paragraph.
Brats, Two cheese stuffed Fatties, one naked the other rolled in rub. And some Mac and Cheese on the WSM. Attachment 59526 Attachment 59528 Then some BBQ Pork Steaks on the Weber. Attachment 59527 Finished it all off with my wife's Harry Potter inspired Butterbeer cake. Attachment 59529 Now credit, where credit is due. http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthr...-Louis-Special = Pork Steak Recipe. I subbed a sweeter sauce for the Maul's http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=106124 = Mac and Cheese recipe. Thanks for looking!
