Chuck Roast Pr0n
All this talk about chuck roast on the grill got me hungry. So, got me a 6 pounder and toss it on. S/P rub @ 205* for 5 hours. Then put it in dutch oven with taters, carrots, onion, and garlic for another 3 hrs. bam!
Pic of final product unavailable cause my camera battery died. Gonna have to take my word for it!

Looks great!
But did you boil it down to a stew and that's really why there's no pic of the finally?

Thanks for luv brutha buccaneer. I did hold off a small piece for myself (wink). I ended up adding a can of beef broth to soften up a little more like diesel dave said. The idea was for a pot roast. The smoke flavor permeated the house all evening. Wish they could make an air freshener of it.
Tonight I'm making the leftovers into a beef stew. Thanks for looking guys.
