Default Tri-tip with mini chef (Pr0n)

I had a tri-tip sitting in the garage freezer. Decided to do a midweek steak for my wife and I. I asked my wife to set it out to defrost. I realized I had run out of "the Rub co." Santa Maria seasoning so I went by local BBQ store that sells it. Once I got home mini-chef was on the job.

I preped the tri-tip. I also wanted a side dish and had seen that you can do sweet potato on the Grillgrates. So I peeled and cut up some and threw them in with some olive oil.

Once it was pulled and resting mini chef gave his approval.

Plated and ready to eat.

How much I really enjoy tri-tip.
And
I'm starving!

Looks great!

From the thread title I thought you were talking about a cooker.
Guess you were in a way too!
